Who We Are
We are a group of past high tech executives and corporate turn around consultants. Strategic Mindset executives are past strategy development execution officers. We’ve lived through the excitement, pain, success and some failures of strategy execution. We’ve learned first-hand what works and what doesn’t work. What we’ve learned if: If your workforce doesn’t have the skills or correct mindset to execute the strategy, the strategy won’t get executed. This was the reason to create: Strategic Mindsets.
